Beverley’s Bistro & Bar in Dallas is a fitting place to celebrate mom. The chef himself named it after his own mother, Beverley, and like her, welcomes everyone to this upscale eatery. 4. Chelsea Corner

Chelsea Corner on the corner of McKinney Avenue and Monticello offers a scratch brunch menu — which means the ingredients are fresh — that includes a kid’s section, and a cute backyard patio.
