The general rule of thumb is that if you have a good thing you shouldn’t change it, right? The whole, “if it isn’t broke, don’t fix it” premise. But every once in a while, it’s possible to make something good even better and that’s just what we tried to do with our 4th annual Egg Hunt—double the fun! This year’s Egg Hunt was two days of fun for our families!

On March 3rd and 4th, Texas Discovery Gardens graciously hosted the fun of multiple egg drops, face painters, and many various sponsors to create a fun-filled kick-off to Spring.

Dallas Moms Blog partnered with myKIDSdds to provide the most amazing face painters (Illuminating Faces & FunnyCheeks) for the guests to enjoy. Children enjoyed being transformed into all sorts of fun things—unicorns, butterflies, tigers—nearly anything their little minds could dream up!

Other sponsors brought along more fun to share with our families, including planting spring seeds with Dallas Synergy Chiropractic, breaking boards with Lone Eagle Martial Arts, sampling delicious baby and toddler foods with Beechnut, playing GaGa ball with KidVenture, and playing fun games with Woodhill Dental Specialties.

Dallas Moms Blog is always fortunate to work with some amazing sponsors who bring fun and information for our families. Our additional sponsors at this year’s egg hunt were Emler Swim School, Ripley’s Believe it or Not—Grand Prairie, Topgolf Dallas, and Lakewood Orthodontics. Check out their websites for additional information about what they have to offer your family!

Egg Hunt brings in a unique opportunity for some of the companies that we work with to provide goodies that can be “hunted” alongside the filled eggs. This year we had gogo Squeez, Justin’s, and The Pencil Grip provide treasures for our little ones. Not only did the children go home with fun-filled eggs, they also received food and craft goodies! And of course, they all had the chance to enjoy the Easter bunny who made a guest appearance!

No event could go off without our food sponsors. This year’s Egg Hunt featured food from KIND bars, Chick-fil-A White Rock, and High Brew Cold Coffee. We always have to have some caffeine for our awesome parents!

A special thank you goes out to both Texas Discovery Gardens for hosting Egg Hunt and allowing our families to explore their gardens for the remainder of the day, and AKA Photography for documenting all the fun!

As each year Egg Hunt gets a little bigger and better, you won’t want to miss our next one!
