5 Activities {Besides TV} to Do After the Kid’s Bedtime

You made it. That beautiful, perfect, never-thought-I’d-get-there moment when all the kids are asleep, and you get to enjoy quiet time to yourself. Thank goodness for bedtime! Spring Parenting Seminar – “C”-ing A New Way

Exult Healthcare is putting on a Spring Parenting Seminar on March 24, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the McKinney location.
The event will include a trained license professional who will delve into parenting techniques to get to the core of behavioral issues instead of using short-term “band-aid” solutions.
The class is focused on solving the underlining issue that contributes to a child or teenager’s problems. We will highlight ways to increase and improve communication, collaboration, emotional intimacy, and positive relationships.
EH is an integrated behavioral facility located in McKinney and Sherman. We provide all modalities of treatment: intensive outpatient counseling, family, couples, individual counseling, medications management, nutritional therapy for behavioral issues as well as a fully integrated weight loss program, yoga for mindfulness and a FDA approved, proven non-drug treatment of depression with transmagnetic stimulation all under one roof.
