This time of year, with all the parties, gatherings, planning, and preparations, one thing that tops the list for most families with young children is a trip to meet Santa. Thanks to many lucky readers of Dallas Moms Blog, such an event was made into a full morning of fun!

Dallas Moms Blog’s Third Annual Breakfast with Santa was held at Texas Discovery Gardens, and provided far more than simply a Santa encounter.

The morning started with a wonderful Christmas story read by Santa, where little ears were captivated by the man in red kicking off the holiday spirit. A huge thank you to our Santa sponsor, MyKIDSdds. Not only did they provide our star of the show, they even set up a fun photo set complete with Olaf, and had a fun craft for the kids! And of course, we couldn’t have a Santa without Mrs. Claus, who was sponsored by Lindsey Taylor with Keller Williams Realty!

Thanks to the generosity of Whole Foods Market, families were able to enjoy a full spread of fruit, pastries, muffins, bagels, cinnamon rolls, drinks, and of course coffee and hot chocolate! Whole Foods really sent the whole package!

Community Partners of Dallas, our non-profit partner, was in house accepting the generosity of our families who brought toys to donate. Community Partners of Dallas serves more than 20,000 children each year! Thanks to our attendees, many children will have a very sweet Christmas this year!

After filling their tummies, families had the opportunity to participate in fun crafts and giveaways from our sponsors. We definitely couldn’t be more thankful for all our wonderful sponsors and their involvement in the event!

Mornings with Mommy hosted a cookie decorating table where children were able to ice and decorate Christmas cookies with fun sprinkles. Alongside the cookies, Mornings with Mommy also brought some fun sensory bins for children to get a taste of what the creative company provides to their families.

Woodhill Dental Specialties engaged the children with a fun ornament craft and giveaways. Kids visiting the Kidventure table were able to do a fun Christmas craft and Musso Family Dentistry headed up a “Letters to Santa” station all while educating our families on their services.

Allison Henderson Pediatrics sponsored a balloon artist, who was just as big of a hit as Santa and Mrs. Claus!

Sweet as Sugar Boutique had fun games and of course some yummy candy canes for the kids to enjoy and Top golf was a familiar face for the dads at our event.

Dallas Synergy Chiropractic taught our families of the benefits of chiropractic care and even did a craft and a giveaway for our families. Jefferson Dental Care made sure our kiddos are brushing all the holiday treats out by providing dental care necessities. Homewood Suites by Downtown Dallas Hilton brought out their mascot, who all the kids thought was too fun!

The Coloring Table provided a fun and unique experience for the kids with a designed table cloth that can be colored, washed, and recolored by kids over and over! I imagine some of our participants asked for one after the event.

Some of our sponsors provided giveaways for the event. A special thanks to Micro Kickboard, Sweet as Sugar, Tempting You Sweetly Bakery, theCoderSchool, Top Golf, Tot on the Pot, and Twiga for those items!

And of course, we couldn’t go without saying THANK YOU to our two on-site photographers, AKA Photography (event photos) and RC PhotogrAphy (Santa photos).

Dallas Moms Blog’s Owner even got in on the fun!

Lastly, thanks to Texas Discovery Gardens, all Breakfast with Santa participants had the opportunity to explore their beautiful gardens after the event. It was truly a day full of fun for all involved!
